Lap counter cards will be available for the 400-yd and 800-yd swim but you provide your own counter.

Meet is open to all swimmers with an emphasis on helping those who have never competed before successfully compete in a real swim meet.
Swimmers may enter up to 4 individual events.
2013 United States Masters Swimming rules will apply.

Four concurrent competitions will be conducted. See "challenges" below.

At 8:30am on race day, coaches will conduct a swim meet orientation on the pool deck to answer any questions swimmers may have on the logistics of competing in a swim meet.

Warm up will begin promptly at 8:30am.

Coaches will remain available for the remainder of the meet to answer questions and help guide swimmers through the meet.

Online registration is available below or at: EventBrite page.
Entries must be received by Friday, February 6, 2014.
Due to time constraints, the 400-yd freestyle and 800-yd freestyle will be limited to the first 18 entries received.

Participants will indicate on registration form their swimming level: first timer, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Swimmers will be placed in heats according to level so you will be competing against swimmers of similar speed and competency.
